Where is my order?
Check your email for this header "your order has shipped" with the tracking number inside. If you haven't seen it in a few days, chances are it is sitting in a spam folder, annoyingly. If you haven't seen the "your order has shipped" it is most likely on backorder as we try and build these lights as fast as we can. Check the product page as we attempt to keep an accurate gauge on when the orders should ship.
Can I change my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, shoot us an email and we'll try and accommodate as quickly as we can.
Do you ship internationally? What about duties?
We sure do, almost everywhere in the world. All duties are covered in the majority of countries, but if they aren't they will be stated clearly when you go to checkout so you don't get any surprise charges.
When will my lights ship?
If you order before ~2:30pm CST we'll typically ship same day before packages get picked up, if not then definitely the next day. Currently we don't ship on weekends though, because we have families to see and bikes to ride too.
International shipping is too expensive! Do you have any distributors in my country?
